Breakfast is ok. Better than nothing.
Negatives:
Stayed 3 nights, didnt clean our room. There was paper and receipts in my bed on the sheets.

Staff could barely speak English. Got questioned many times about how many people was with me. I was baby sitting my god children and the staff was going to charge extra. The children went home to their parents around eleven.

Great and helpful staff. The room was what we requested and had appliances in it. There was also a roll out table that made life so much easier. Thank you to all of the staff for the great stay for out families.
Negatives:
The pool was a little cold. The only other thing was that the breakfast ended at 9 AM. We were on vacation and not all of us wanted to get up at that time.

Where to begin. First off, check in was supposed to be at 3:00pm. Our room wasn't ready till 3:40pm. Second, the room I booked through booking.com was not the room. I was given at the hotel, so I paid for a more expensive room when I booked and was given a cheaper room once arriving at the hotel and when I enquired about compensation, I was told by the hotel staff that because I booked through a 3rd party site (Booking.com) that I would have to take it up with them. 3rd, there were kids running up and down the hallway at around midnight, slamming doors and talking loudly in the hallways. After calling the front desk the loud kids continued till about 12:30am. Worst hotel experience ever. Would not stay there again.

Positives:
Meets the high standard I've come to expect of Wyndham/Super 8. Enjoyed the hot breakfast, with sufficient variety to make multiple-day stays interesting. I appreciated, although I didn't need it, that the room was fully-accessible for the mobility impaired, with a spacious modern bathroom and light switches at wheelchair level.
Negatives:
Only minor issues. Light bulb at bedside went intermittently on and off, but it was only a minor nuisance and I reported it at checkout. I think there was a family in the adjoining room, so there was some noise but settled down before bed. I suspect the absence of facial tissue in the room was a green decision, but I didn't really need it. Minor wear and tear on the furniture, to be expected, and rear view was of the empty "big truck" parking lot and trees. Location is up the hill east of town, although not as far as another property.
