After Friday, Nov 29th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Edmonton), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 29, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: Our bathroom floors, toilet and tub had hair all over them. Not just a little hair…I ended up cleaning it all but in hindsight should’ve asked for a different room. The carpets also appeared dirty with some sort of confetti visible so obviously not vacuumed
