The room is not clean and the room keeping service is very poor, they dont replace the complimentary coffee or even towels everyday.

Nicely renovated. Towels so new they left "fluff" everywhere. New towels do need to be washed once before use. Bed and sheets clean and white. TV worked. Shower was hot.
Negatives:
The door lock area on Room 239 looked like it had been broken around the frame. There was a deadbolt lock, but didn't feel very safe. Not very soundproof. Could hear people in other rooms. Coffee pods were not replenished after first night.
