Positives:
Good location for the city. The room was very good, comfortable, clean and tidy with good Wi-Fi. The sky walk linking the buildings is very good and keeps you off the roads
Negatives:
Being on floor 16. Probably not possible but to be given a choice on the floor would have been ideal. This is just a personal thing as i'm scared of heights.
Parking. Be careful where you park as the ceilings are low unless you park in over size. I had a Grand Jeep Cherokee and parked on level 3 after being told it was OK, opened the boot and it hit the ceiling

Positives:
We were in room 709. We had lovely views of the river. On arrival we were helped to take luggage to the room which was really appreciated. The room was very well equipped with tasty coffee, comfy beds, lovely shower, lots of flannels/towels and free toiletries and we could even open the windows which is not always the case. Despite being next to the Fire Station we didn't get bothered by the sound. The bar/restaurant, Shoe and Canoe has an excellent menu - I really enjoyed the trout! You can pay the hotel for parking overnight.

A very comfortable and clean...
Positives:
Beautiful property. Very clean. Great location in downtown Calgary. Easy to walk to Stephen street for dinner. We had a car and the parking was very easy. We also got the breakfast which was delicious. A very quiet hotel too!
Negatives:
There were two beds and two of us staying, but there was only 1 caffeinated coffee and 1 decaf coffee, so one of us had to had decaf in the morning. Please have more than 1 of each if there are two beds!

Hotel location was good. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful.
Enjoyed our dining experience in the hotel.
Negatives:
We missed our connecting flight from Denver to Calgary due to storms in Denver and we found contacting the hotel extremely difficult. Must have tried over a dozen times to ring the hotel and kept getting an answering service that kept disconnecting us from reception. Finally got through at approx 11.30pm to advise them not to give our room away as we were staying 2 nights. Very frustrated by the time we got through to reception.
