After Wednesday, Dec 4th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Edmonton), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 4, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly every time we spoke with them. - 11/10 The pools were great, wish they could be more private to the public though - 9/10 The breakfast was always tidy when I was in there. The room was simple but clean - 8.5/10

Negatives: I would’ve liked to see better options at the breakfast bar. Bacon, gluten free, or not just carb options almost.

Positives: Hot breakfast - waffle maker, sausages and eggs. Cereal and usual continental breakfast items. Free parking, close to shopping and great restaurants.

Negatives: No elevator (which was ok for us), could hear people in other rooms - as long as you’re aware it was fine.
