Positives:
The staff at the Westley was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped including a kettle, fridge, and a clothes steamer. The building offered ice and filtered water stations. There was ample parking, for a fee. The property is centrally located and a great base for Calgary.
Negatives:
While the rest of our room was fantastic, the mattress in our room felt very tired and could use replacement.

Positives:
We were upgraded to a suite and it was GORGEOUS. The staff was very young and very friendly. It is located in the free metro zone and we were able to get around town very quickly and easily for free.
Negatives:
There was no coffee service. I have never paid the price we paid for this hotel and NOT gotten a cup of coffee with cream. It was very very disappointing.

Comfy Hotel Room, quite spacious, clean and modern just what we needed for a stopover in Calgary before heading to Banff. Close to the river walk area which is nice.
Negatives:
Didn’t get a chance to try out the Gym or the Cafe / Restaurant. Calgary itself didn’t feel like a safe place to be come nightfall.

worst hotel ever. AC didn’t work, room temperature dropped to 50s Fahrenheit. talked to the staff, they tried to fix the AC but couldn’t. asked to change a room and were told that all the rooms are the same. most terrible stay ever. can’t believe it’s a Hilton.
