Positives: The location was nice being by the river and close to the big dinosaur

Negatives: The room wasn’t cleaned properly. There were cobwebs and spiders everywhere all along the ceiling. There was a big spider and spider web in the corner above our bed. Another spider came down off the ceiling down onto my husband hand as he was sitting on the edge of the bed. The walls had drip marks that were brown in the bathroom and there were brown marks that looked like poop on the ceiling above the beds. We couldn’t shower due to the water pressure being so low. The door to get into our suite was very difficult to open. Had to shoulder check it to open it and had to pull really hard to open it to get back outside. Had to slam it each time just for it to close properly. The dead bolt wouldn’t work.
