Negatives: The carpet edges were very dusty, maybe get the cleaning staff a better vacuum with a crevice tool for the edges. Some one was smoking weed inside on a regular basis and the smell was irritating and it made me nauseous.

Negatives: I was not allowed to Chek in on 30th. Was argued with and given a room that didn't allow animals and cost me damage deposit. I had 3 guest for room. Reservation was changed called a no show on 30th because told tomorrow I checkin. Tub was dirty had hair and dirt. I was blacklisted. People were trapped in elevator for new years countdown. Firemen attended. I wasn't allowed to change or add another night. Don't know what I did wrong. I didn't have over night guests. No damages. No noise. I was judged and punished with no reason. No option to speak to manager. Rudely dealt with and had no one who was listening or could explain anything precisely. They knew about dogs yet put me and kept me on floor so I was going to have to pay. Also the wifi password didn't work. Not enough toilet paper. Not enough towels. Lied about not accepting cash deposit. Then accepting $200cash not recorded properly for staff that checked me out. Room keys were deactivated before check out time and I had to get new one. I want refund for one night and refunded for deposit. And reason for blacklisted

Negatives: depress mattress on my bed was a little discomforting. Breakfast could better as well

Negatives: There was bodily fluids.... In a lot of locations. I used makeup remover wipes to take off three spots that were upsettingly large and unignorable. The walls were a patchwork of oily hand prints, and surfaces like the closet had been untouched for some time.
