Central location to where I needed to be.

The location is very convenient downtown, the pool is great and the breakfast was really good! The AC is nice in the room as well

Lots of walking from the parking area down to the lobby entrance. Ran out of hot water every morning.

Nice big tv! Bathroom/Toilet addition was nice. Staff very friendly.

Shower/tub needs an update. Walls and doors needed to be wiped/washed. I would prefer plastic/paper cups.

Room had significant damage on the walls, showers need updating quite badly as well. Thermostat wasnt working correctly in the room so it was very hot when we got there. Bed sheet were basically sandpaper, and the restaurant in the lobby was terrible.

Very clean. Location was very good. In proximity to restaurants and the Rogers arena.

Hotel advertised parking. It was an oilers game night and indoor parking was first come first serve. It was full. We parked outdoors across the street for 30$.

Comfortable beds, polite staff, quiet hotel.

We didn't care for the bed size.We didn't like that parking was $25 during a non busy time.

The bed was not very comfortable. Too hard for my liking. There were not extra pillows available in the closet as most hotels have. As well, the glasses in the room were very small.
