The location of this hotel this perfect. We stayed 4 nights and were able to catch the bus to the mall easily. The gallery, museum and Muttart Conervatory are all within a half hour walk. The room was comfortable and staff very helpful.

Have stayed here several times now, and will continue to book at the Coast Edmonton Plaza in the future. The rooms are exactly as advertised, very clean and with comfortable beds. The staff are courteous and helpful, and parking is on par with other spots in the downtown area. There are a variety of dining options within a block or two, and overall, I enjoyed my stay here. Oh, and if you like a bidet, this hotel has some nice ones!
Negatives:
The only nitpicky issue I had was a clothing iron that didn't work properly. It wasn't essential to my plans, so I didn't contact the front desk for a new one, otherwise I'm sure they would have replaced it.
