One of the lamps in our room was broken. The bathroom door was not easy to close. Parking is extremely costly. Although the area is close to downtown and the convention center, the back side of the hotel is kind of shady.

The property was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly. We ordered room service for breakfast and that was very good and quick.
Negatives:
The parking is awkward. Depending on the side of your vehicle you cannot park in the underground parking the offer.
There were no pens, pads of paper, or hotel information in the room. Tried to order room service and had to go to the lounge to take a picture of the menu for others in the room to see it to order.

Staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean overall. Bed was quite comfortable

Rooms were slightly outdated and the pillows on the bed were very thin. The underground parking was extremely tight to get in and out of and I could barely fit my truck in through the doors

Place is ok, but we chose their underground parking, which was like $33 per night because the area was sketchy and addicts roaming around.
The distance between the sink and toilet. You had to get up to grab the tissue. Also, the tiles in the shower feel dirty.
There is no microwave in the room.
