Good news! Before Thursday, Oct 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Edmonton), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Thursday, Oct 17th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, Oct 18th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Edmonton), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, Oct 18th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Edmonton), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Oct 18, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Negatives: Dated old room. Water passes were supposed to be at a discount , but because we booked through Booking.com we were not allowed the discount. And when I contacted what look and seem to be the front desk for Fantasyland hotel and they told me there were no rooms available. I had to book with Booking.com. Turned out it was another Third-party site and the lady at the front desk was not really understanding about it. How was i to know that the website that comes up when you goggle Fantasyland hotel is not theirs.

Negatives: fill valve in toilet needed to be changed as toilet ran. When i lifted the lid you could tell it had been spraying for a long time. (yes, reported when i left) Also was told because i booked through booking.com I did not get any discounts on any activities in the mall.
