Positives: Location and friendly staff. Breakfast wasn’t too bad.

Negatives: Was NOT told upon arrival that rooms were only made up every second day. Came back to the hotel room to unmade beds, (if I had known I would have made my bed before leaving) garbage from the night before (we had eaten) sitting by the VERY small garbage cans that could hold very little. Tables not washed in the breakfast area after people were done eating. I looked at the edges of the tables we were using - lots of dried on food around them. Had to clean the top of the tables as best we could with napkins before we could set our food down.
