Negatives: The police presents when we arrived at the hotel. Hotel is currently being used to house fire evacuees. Police office told us they were dealing with an incident and some of the evacuees have been having difficulty with there situation. (Understandable) we did not stay and are having issues getting a refund from booking.com

Positives: The breakfast was great, however, if you only wanted toast, you had to make sure you weren't charged for the full breakfast. It would have been good to have breakfast pricing options. There was one staff member that was exceptional on Check in and the cleaning staff was friendly.

Negatives: Service in the pub was very slow and inattentive. Had to get service.
