Positives: The meals , meeting room, the staff in the eating area. Very good staff
Negatives: Bed mattress too soft, not good for arthritis, No comfortable chairs in room, shower area, floor got too wet when used. We were not given face towels for use, There were 2 of us, only gave=us 1 small bottles of shampoo and conditioner.

Negatives: So noisy! I could hear the people flushing and showing in the room above me and every little noise in the corridor. The ventilation system was so noisy that it woke me. The shower did not drain water and towels were old and raggedy.

Positives: Nice room and parking very convenient next to the building.
Negatives: We were told that we could get a complementary drink between 5pm and 6pm but when we went to the loft bar there was a private function on. We were told we could still have a complementary drink but only white or red wine was on offer. We declined and asked if we could access the restaurant for a drink and to order a meal but were ignored, so we went downstairs to the Envie Restaurant downstairs which was not part of the hotel. We had a lovely meal so the evening ended well.
