There seems to be some problems with problem solving situations. The staff was nice but very hesitant, about things that should be simple.

There was a mix up in rooms and I feel the front staff does not have the support of management as they had to ask many questions vs making the decision them selves. Especially since we were in town for a funeral

Uncomfortable bed, noisy and cold.

The front desk manager and staff were great. I had been told when I called the hotel that there was not a business center for my husband to work in, which was a bit upsetting as we had booked the hotel specifically because it has this amenity. While checking in, we were told that there actually was a place my husband could work, and that center was well maintained, quiet, and great for his needs. Will stay here again

Initially was upset about the discrepancy between the online information and what was actually available, but the front desk manager not only cleared it up but changed our negative into a positive. You have created repeat visitors!

I really enjoyed that it was quiet and that there was a Denny’s plus a Chop Steakhouse in the hotel for easy meals without travel.
Negatives:
I’m a sucker for a complementary breakfast and there was none here, but there was a Denny’s in the hotel.

Positives:
The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning at Dennys and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. The Chops Bar was a relaxing space to kill good time and chug a few good drinks to enhance pleasure to my stay.

Staff was nice and helpful. Rooms are quiet and like how Chop and Dennys are attached.
Negatives:
It was my husband's bday and we were planning to make the most of the hotel, but we couldn't check in until 6:30 and we're given the wrong room. Staff were apologetic and offered a discount rate, which was very kind, but kind of impeded our plans. Ended up spending more because we couldn't go anywhere but wait. We still enjoyed our stay, but would have liked to enjoy the facilities there too.

Negatives:
During my recent stay, I noticed an issue with the availability of drinking water. My floor didn’t have a vending machine, so late at night, I went to the lobby to get some water. Unfortunately, the drinking water dispenser was empty, and the staff directed me to the marketplace. However, the marketplace only had soft drinks and no water.
Ultimately, I had to drive out in the snow to buy a bottle of water. While I understand that availability issues can arise, I believe the staff could have taken an extra step to either refill the dispenser or provide me with a bottle of water.
I hope this feedback helps improve the guest experience for future stays.
