After Thursday, Dec 12th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Edmonton), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 12, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: Continental breakfast dining area can't accommodate all of the guests that stay there. There were 6 of us total and we wouldn't be able to sit together. The flooring in the lobby is in rough shape, the building is overdue for renovations. Emergency exits by staircases are super drafty, not designed for canadian winter temperatures.
