Between Wednesday, Dec 11th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, Dec 13th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Edmonton), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, Dec 13th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Edmonton), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 13, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Good location right downtown

Negatives: The walkway to the citadel was closed..had to walk on the street in the freezing weather. I assume it's due to the number of homeless people. This problem is getting so bad. Can't even go to the second cup in the library without coming across a bottle of naloxone...the city built Roger's to revitalize the downtown core.. they have to clean it up now. It is becoming a huge detriment to staying downtown
