Positives: The location was convenient, the room was basic, no heat the first night, was given an extra blanket and an electric heater, next night the furnace was on and the room was overly warm. The best part was the continental breakfast in a clean, remodeled room with lots of options.

Negatives: No heat first night, one extra blanket provided and electric heater. I went to the mall the next day to buy a extra sweater and socks to wear. The next night the furnace was blasting and it was too hot.

Positives: The false pictures they have advertised

Negatives: The actual room when we arrived was a complete different room than the photos they have posted on their website I have photos for reference, the vents in the photo are boiler heaters along the bottom the actual room had vents in the floor, the bed bugs were awful, it was filthy and after 11pm it became so unsafe and sketchy. I was so frustrated, we ended up sleeping in our vehicle with our daughter because the owner is nowhere to be found after 10pm.

Negatives: The bedsheet was not clean and not change during my staying, the breakfast did not meet our expectation, bathroom not clean. the noise of the AC was too much.

Positives: The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Negatives: Definitely shows age. Booked two rooms. One room no extra blankets, no coffee pot. Other room reeked of cigarettes/stale smoke. Left fan on, window open, left for a wedding. Came back, room still reeked so they left. Never slept there. Over priced.
