Negatives: Room could have use a full length mirror, ironing board and a kettle. We used a pot to boil water for tea. It worked. The breakfast food was plentiful but the meat was a little on the cheap quality side. Other than that, everything was great.

Negatives: Wear and tear, previous damage was patched, but still visible. Breakfast quality is low. Windows don’t open in 2 bd, no fresh air. HVAC would cycle from on (too cold) to off (too hot).

Negatives: Ac was not working very hot room. Told staff but was not resolved

Negatives: The king sized bed was quite small. It was also very well used and sagged in the middle. The key cards also decided not to work most of the time. There was also construction outside the hotel which was down to one lane.

Negatives: Key cards weren't working properly. Had to get new cards 4 times before they did. Bathroom in pool area wasn't setup very well for changing. A few hooks and a small counter would be nice. No shelter from elements in the smoking areas.

Negatives: My room lacked the essential items, although this place has 4 stars. I did not have toothpastes, toothbrushes and slippers in the room. It got more disappointing when I asked the receptionist to provide me with these items, she replied to my request in an unfriendly and rude way and did not do anything.

Negatives: At 830pm we checked in and realized our TV didn’t work. I called the front desk and they sent someone right away. The maintenance man was able to reset everything and get it going right away. But then I put my 4 year old to bed and went to take a shower… only to realize half-way through that it wasn’t clean. There was a thick orange outline of a bar of soap that wasn’t ours. Then when I went to dry off, the towel smelled like gross, heavy males cologne. At surface level the room looked clean, but I realized it was not. We were only staying one night and my daughter was fast asleep. The bed was clean looking and the sheets smelled fresh, so I sucked it up and went to bed. The next morning we woke up at 6:09 (to be exact) to the smell of weed. Our window was closed but our AC was on. I don’t know where it was coming from, but we were on the 4th floor, facing the highway. It wasn’t as if I was backing on to a patio… When I went to the front desk to let them know about the filth, instead of apologizing or asking what room… she instantly got defensive and said “well why didn’t you request a room change”. I wasn’t asking for a refund. I was letting her know there was an issue and I felt like I was being called a liar. It was very off-putting.
