Good place to stay to save money while visiting jasper. Breakfast was cooked and nice, with lots of extras like yogurt, fruit, pastries

Site listed a pool with spa. My expectation was low and it still disappointed me. Hot tube was stiff off and they dont heat the pool, it was ice cold. Maybe dont list something as an amenities, if youre not going to maintain it.

Bed to sleep in for a few night, good enough.

Samantha at the front desk is exceptional. Very friendly and welcoming.

I stayed here before and the pool was broken. So I called the hotel to specifically ask if the pool was open. They said yes, so I booked. When I got to Hinton they said the pool was open but the heater was broken so it was freezing. Then they told me the hot tub was also broken. I was not happy considering I had called . Everytime we left our room I had to go get a different key programed. It consistently erased. So we would go back to the room to find we couldn't get in. So we had to go down to get the key reprogrammed. She said not to put our key against ant other card or electronic. I kept it separate but it still didn't work. The building smells quite bad of damp. And the floors in the hallways were dirty. This is all unfortunate because the location is excellent and the price is reasonable. I don't think I will rebook here again even though Samantha was so good to us.
