The panel below the sink came out and fell on my uncle foot. And also their pool is probably the size of a king size room with small roof and the room is full of chlorine smell.

The hotel and room exceeded my expectations. The bathroom was amazing with deep soak tub. The bed and linen was soft and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. Id go back tomorrow.

Despite the polar vortex and it being very cold. Had to run hot water for a few minutes just to get it hot to take a shower, hot tub was not hot, massage was discounted but was still very pricy compared to going anywhere else where you had amenities.

We had a wonderful time staying at Fairmont Chteau Lake Louise. The view from our room window was simply stunning. Although the room rate was on the higher side during peak season, the window view is most unforgettable. It was snowing during our stay and wed love to come back for a summer view! The Le Labo toiletries provided also made our day. Nice!
The front desk and Fairview restaurant staff were very polite and helpful. We felt very welcome.
