Location was very poor. Room was average.
Negatives:
No ground floor- we requested it. If not then elevator available - it was broken. Railway tracks just across the street and bar on ground floor.At 80 yrs old, I had to haul luggage up 2 flights of stairs.

Positives:
Staff is very friendly and amenities clean. Good enough for a night or so, when all you need is a bed to sleep in. Check in was quick and easy, internet good and parking available across the street.
Negatives:
There is a mobile night club around late at night closing at 2am in the morning. This was not stated when booking. Our room was facing said "party" which resulted in little sleep before a long day of driving. Not ideal with a child.

When we arrived the Front Desk Customer Service was very friendly, helpful and very welcoming. The restaurant was spacious plenty of seating for everyone. Surprisingly we had an omelet that was ready made, and needed to be heated from the microwave. It was tasty. Though you do need to ask the staff for it.
Negatives:
It would be helpful to have a soap pump in the shower maybe a shampoo and body wash. The guests down the hall left there doors half opened, the alarms were going off. Did it several times which can be annoying.

It was dirty, you could not control the heat and the room was very warm. We slept with the window open and it was wi nter time. I went to the front desk and the employee was leaning back in her chair, just snoring away.

Positives:
Came for the Christmas Expo as a vendor. Stayed for the weekend with my son and it was a good stay. Breakfast could have maybe had some fresher options (everything was processed or frozen) but other than that it was a fine stay and super close to the expo which was helpful as a vendor.
Negatives:
Breakfast wasn't the best. Only overly processed, frozen options. They did have a "hot sandwhich" option if you ordered with the front desk, but still not exactly a fresh breakfast.

Overall good & comfortable stay. They do however need to fix the fans in the bathrooms.

Breakfast was very very basic. Nothing much nutritional. It was quiet. Not busy.

It wasn't a safe atmosphere with the people who were hanging around the lobby.

Rooms were comfortable and clean, had everything we needed. Staff were fantastic. Outside doors locked at night for safety. Were able to get some food on site. Great price.
Negatives:
Right across the road from train tracks and trains were very loud. There were very loud cars going up and down the street. Nightclub on site and it was very noisy when everyone was leaving and we had to walk around a few piles of puke to get to our vehicle the next day.
