Negatives: For 15 minutes they demanded from me the reason for checking into the hotel. The answer that I just wanted to sleep in the hotel and have a rest from my family did not satisfy them. They simply did not give me the key demanding to explain why I booked a room in the hotel. It was the first time I encountered such a problem when checking in. I forgot a sealed bottle of whiskey in the refrigerator. I called an hour after check-out to pick it up. They said that the refrigerator was empty) This is the kind of service in this hotel. There are friendlier hotels in Lloydminster where you can even check in at 8 am.

Negatives: The only thing we didn't like is: Lloydminster is not that much of a tourist center, and rooms in its hotels (even with a Whirlpool) should not cost $200 a night!

Negatives: Bathroom floor could have been cleaner; someone elses hair in the corner next to the toilet. Ugh

Negatives: The bed was an old mattress on both our queen beds and was not at all comfortable. Neither my daughter or I had a good comfortable sleep.

Negatives: An earlier check-in time to make more use of the pool would be nice. However, on our stays we were allowed to check in early.

Negatives: It was fine

Negatives: Toilet seat came off in my hands so perhaps a little better preventive maintenance should be in order.

Negatives: I had to pay 100 dollars a night for our little dog that doesn't piss in the house.. stuck us in room 208 .obviously the dog room where the air was moist and thick with dog piss .. you could taste it in the air !! When I complained the desk clerk called Brian the manager.. she passed the phone to me and his opening line was .. what's you problem .. very rudely I told him I'm not staying in a dog piss soaked room ..he agreed to put us in a new room and come down to the hotel to see / smell the room ... I waited for him to arrive and when he did we went up see 208 the dog piss room ..upon entering I could see he was put back by the thick air but would not admit this room stinks ..we went to the new room so we could compare.. but all he said was yes this room smells fresher ... lol ya and he offered to stop the dog charge and give us one nightfree .. I received nothing.. no pet fee waved and no free room for a night .. so if you want to stay in a dirty hotel .. this is the place .. if want to pay 100 a night..(not deposit) your dog can piss freely and if you want a bunch of lies and rude service your on the right track .. oh and this is most expensive hotel in loydminister.. just go to a different hotel and be sure your room will be clean ... oh thanks Brian for bad service very disappointing.. Do better!!!

Negatives: The A/C in the room was a bit noisy.
