Negatives: Was shocked and dismayed to see the QR code regarding tips to housekeeping. Not cool at all. This smacks of tracking tips and I completely disagree with this. I would track down housekeeping in the hall and pass along a tip rather than participating in this trace and track process. VERY discouraging! More towels in room would have been better.

Negatives: Claims 24 hour food service however both dates we stayed, our call for food was ignored 50% of the time. The Busser took the wrong luggage to our room and the shower takes 15+ minutes to get hot.
