Positives: All of the staff that I came across were extremely pleasant. All were friendly, welcome to help and extremely respectful. The location was also quite good, seeing as I was there for work, being near the highway and mall was useful.
Negatives: The room was a little grungy, not the cleanest, looks nothing like the photos online, kind of sketchy back parking lot. Barely any wall plugs worked. Quite pricey for what you get, there's better value out there in Medicine Hat.
