Positives: Nothing. We could not stay there as there were no main floor rooms for our dog.

Negatives: We were extremely disappointed not to receive a refund when the facility could not accommodate our needs. We reached out to Booking.com for assistance and the response was nonsensical, indicating our booking was confirmed when the date had passed 9 days prior. We will attempt to have this rectified by Wyndham.

Positives: We stayed in this hotel in September for 1 night. The hotel was good. Room was nice and big, bed and pillows very comfortable. Didn't try the pool.

Negatives: Breakfast was OK: cereal, bagels, muffins, toast, waffles, fruits. I was surprised that there weren't eggs or hash browns. No elevators
