Positives: The rooms smelled clean and were quiet.

Negatives: The was not enough food for breakfast to properly feed the guests at the hotel. I was there at 8:15 and there were no eggs, waffle batter, fruit ,or coffee left. When advertising that breakfast is included it should be provided.

Positives: Evening Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, Hot tub was nice. Tv Channels aqueate.

Negatives: Lack of conveneiant Parking, one way Parking in front. Hotel is squeezed to a corner landscape with steep hill to the rear. Price was a little much more offerings. Morning staff member not engaging or friendly. Did not ask how was stay, Had to beg for paper invoice.
