Evening Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, Hot tub was nice. Tv Channels aqueate.

Lack of conveneiant Parking, one way Parking in front. Hotel is squeezed to a corner landscape with steep hill to the rear.
Price was a little much more offerings. Morning staff member not engaging or friendly. Did not ask how was stay, Had to beg for paper invoice.

Convenient location and the interior...

Had no idea that they served breakfast. Front desk staff did not advise if there was breakfast. When we did find out it was already too late. Who serves breakfast only until 9:00 am

The fact I wasn’t told about breakfast; had to ask for a “do not disturb” sign.

No coffee - couldn’t find a staff person to help, food was bland and unappealing.

Our tv did not work. Our air conditioner didn’t work but some came up to change the battery to get it working. Got different responses on getting the tv fixed. First they were sending someone, then they said all the tv’s weren’t working. But my father’s tv worked in his room.

Positives:
The room had two queen-size beds and eight pillows. Not sure why each bed needed four pillows, although maybe it was to provide you with a choice of firmness. The hotel and the rooms were reasonably clean. The parking lot is large, although lots of sloping parking spots. Our children used the indoor pool, which was good.
The breakfast was satisfactory, but see comments below.
Negatives:
There was often no one at the desk. Not sure if the understaffing is a temporary thing or long-term. The breakfast was standard cold cereal and some pre-cooked hot dishes such as sausages, hashbrowns and scrambled eggs. The waffle maker was quite grungy - it needs a good cleaning. The orange juice, out of a beverage dispenser tasted rancid one morning. The next day we drank apple juice. There seemed to be a lack of staff to keep the breakfast room operational during peak times. They ran out of plates and coffee one morning and guests had to wait for for supplies to arrive. Overall, annoying but small in the big scheme of life.
