The bed was comfortable and the check in/out process was smooth. Parking was convenient.

The rooms are outdated. The entry door to my room had spaces around/ was not sealed so you could see hallway lighting/ and hear all hallway noises which interrupted my sleep as other patrons used the hallway space. The security door latch did not line up properly and looked damaged.. looked as though it had been broken in the past.

Location was great, we were attending an event that was only a 10 minute walk away. Ample parking space, friendly and easy check-in experience. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Had all the amenities we required.
Negatives:
There was no issues with the room, however there are not many outlets for use. The few that are in the room all have lights, TV, A/C, etc. plugged into them. The lamp was very bright which was good, as when we turned on all the light switches, the overhead lights did not turn on. The lamp was good enough so we did not complain about this, but something to note.

There was worms in the pool, blood on the sides of the pool, no one cleaned our rooms. The key cards always stopped working. Between my family and I we ran through 10 keys between 3 rooms. There was no breakfast. The pictures look like the pullout couch is way bigger than just a twin. I paid $600 for two nights and it was the worst hotel I have stayed at.

Good location. I prefer a complimentary breakfast in the hotel. Dennys was outside the hotel and breakfasts were too large. Moxies was handy for supper.

There was no included breakfast in the hotel, which would be very common in other hotels of this level. You got a discount for the Denny's and could pay to order something in from an adjoining restaurant, but for $153 a night, this hotel should be providing a continental breakfast.
