Positives: It was clean and well appointed. It was very nice to have written insturctions on how to use the TV/remote. First time I have seen that and it was great!

Negatives: It was very noisy during the night in our room, with a very noisy refrigerator, and also heating/cooling system. Also plumbing noise from adjacent room, led to very poor sleep. We got stuck in the elevator briefly too. Breakfast was not great - food only lukewarm and not particularly tasty
