The location of the hotel was good and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
I wasn't aware that there would be renovations being done when I booked the hotel. The breakfast was not the best as it was relocated to a conference room during the renovations and the food was edible but the hot food was never hot, the boiled eggs were over done and the selection of juice was in drink boxes. It wasn't what I was expecting at all.

Location was convenient and staff was very friendly and helpful. We changed rooms due to a large stain on the bed and staff was incredibly helpful and understanding.
Negatives:
The hotel was quite run down. There were some unpleasant smells throughout including the lobby and rooms. Bed skirt and mattress in one room had a huge stain running down the side of the bed. We could have stayed at a newer hotel for slightly more money and definitely ended up wishing we had stayed elsewhere.
