I was originally booked in a room located on the first floor where renovations were being done, when I asked to move to another room there was no issue and the room I moved to was comfortable and the beds were better.
Negatives:
The window did not have a screen. There was some bad septic smells outside the back exit of the hotel.
There werent any places to sit outside the hotel other than the front bench where people were smoking. Some other benches and/or picnic tables would be useful.

It was ok. We was great that we could bring our dog. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
Negatives:
There was renovations happening at the time and the room needs an upgrade. We were hoping that even though we had a dog we would not be given a worn down room but the beds were worn out and the room sure needed a paint job.

They had no water to drink when we arrived late waiting to check in, also no extra blanket in room and when I asked it was a huge process like it was never asked. The ice machine was not working no vending machine, the towels were dirty in our room when we arrived or badly stained clean ones and last but not least the coffee maker was not cleaned out had old coffee in it. The free breakfast was a pretty good selection. I feel for paying over 100 a night and too many things that would make it great that could have been done.
