Positives: The lady at the front desk at late afternoon on September 17th was exceptionally friendly. It was most appreciated after a long day. Also, we requested a late check out as we were having fall service work done on our RV in Morinville. This was granted and it made our stay very convenient and more comfortable than sitting in our vehicle waiting for the work to be completed. We also greatly appreciate the hotel's friendly and welcoming attitude towards our pet.

Negatives: Nothing - everything at the hotel met or exceeded our expectations.
