While we enjoyed the room, we were quite disappointed by the fact that the facility has not been well maintained. The hotel has likely deferred maintenance. My son was injured as the hot tub venting system screws had rusted out and the vent had shifted, leaving a foot gap into the vent. His foot fell inside and he received a large laceration on the bottom of his foot.Upon notifying the staff, they gave us first aid treatment but did not do an incident report.Nor did they apologize for the injury that my child incurred during our stay.He had to cope with this for the remainder of our holiday. Finally, upon returning home I noticed that the charge for the room did not match the cost on Booking. Room charged at $172 verses the 158 owed on the app.
