Positives: Breakfast was great, really appreciated Ed at the front desk working to get our rooms ready quickly as we had just gotten off the ferry and had a wedding to get to and needed to change.

Negatives: After reaching out to the property twice to let them know we needed early check in to get ready for the wedding it was disappointing to come to the front desk and have no one know of my requests. Ed was not rude but not very welcoming either. I could see he was busy so I know it can be a lot for service employees but it still felt less than loving and was no help when we asked about Uber and no other suggestions offered. We also had no shower curtain and no hot water...

Positives: Our Tv was not working upon arrival, we informed the front desk and they said that they will open a ticket and send a technician. We left for the day and placed a privacy sign on the door. When we came back, it seem as though the technician by passed the sign came in and plug the tv in my extension cords more some stuff around and left. I was not comfortable with that .

Positives: The coffee was nice in the lobby

Negatives: Everything. Booking.com was VERY INACCURATE in the room description. If it wasn’t for this flaw I would have NEVER booked here. Crummy location, the ac in our room was HORRIBLE, sounded like a noisy diesel truck running when it was on, so we couldn’t use it, the tv cable quit working several times, and was a tiny pet friendly room. We left before breakfast was served so have no idea if it was good and way to expensive for what that that place was.

Positives: We were staying overnight for an event we were going to nearby. This location was very convenient for that. Generally, the lobby and room was in good clean condition.

Negatives: our room had areas where the wallpaper was peeling back. The breakfast room had nothing but coffee and limited food (a bit of yogurt and a single muffin . In the last the Best Westerns I've been to had much more extensive food and beverage options Given the nightly rate u would have expected more.
