Positives: The room is large, has a fridge, microwave coffee maker, kettle, iron and hairdryer. The front desk is always very helpful and when I requested a ground floor room they happily provided it! There's also free parking and internet.

Negatives: I wish there was some sort of breakfast offered.

Positives: The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room is large, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The fridge, microwave, coffee maker and hairdryer are appreciated and available in your room. The rubber ducks are adorable!

Positives: I noticed they had free bicycle rentals and there was plenty of parking

Negatives: booked because it had a sauna but was told it was unavailable during the time I was there. Hot tub was out of order as well
