I wish I'd known there was a swimming pool. The view along the seaside walkway was lovely

I got barely any sleep. I had room 217 and the rooms have no carpets. The stomping and banging on the floor in the room above me started around 8pm and continued for the next 2-3 hours. Doors were also slamming constantly, not only upstairs but also on my floor. The noise started up again around 4:30am in the morning. This is not a place to come to sleep.

Tired bed was too soft, room was not really clean.
Breakfast included but when we went down at 8:30 am to eat, there was no food left, not even any coffee? We waited with some other guests for over 15 minutes hoping to see a server or attendant but no one came. My wife went to the front desk and was told that the attendant was probably in her car having a smoke. We were quite frustrated and went out to a restaurant with our group for breakfast. I mentioned this on an internal guest survey and asked to be compensated for the unavailable breakfast that was “included” but have yet to receive any response or attempt at recovery.

Stayed here the past 2 nights with my husband and 10 month old baby. Prime location but they've really let this place fall apart. The whole place looks like it needs to be hosed down. Room looked clean at first glance until we pulled back the bedding to find hairs and crumbs and even more mystery hairs in the shower. Old drafty buildings with little to no noise cancellation and lots of partying going on. Also, the female breakfast cook demanded tips even though everything was always empty and she was constantly out smoking in her car? Definitely not worth the $440 for 2 nights. So ya, you guys.. Don't go here.
