Between Thursday, Nov 21st, 2024 at midnight and Friday, Nov 22nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, Nov 22nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 22, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Next door to a very good restaurant.

Negatives: The room was old, dark and had a musty smell. Found a large black spider crawling on my bed in the morning. Remote changed channels but you had to turn on or off on the tv. Politely told the girl at check out of my experiences but she didn't seem too concerned about it.

Negatives: Booked a king with sea view and balcony. You had to stand on the balcony for a sea view. Advertised a hot tub, sauna, pool. Only the pool was available. Sauna and hot tub have been out of service for a long time.
