it was terrible, this should not be offered on any online booking websites. a man overdosed and building had police and ambulances on first day then the hotel caught fire same day. they didnt find alternative places for us to stay and took another 3 days for us to have access for our property. You should let everyone know that an entire floor is reserved for govt housing for homeless people. hence an over dose on first day.

Very dirty, smelled like cigarettes, the ice machine didnt work, nor did our temperature control, so the room was very hot. There was a plastic bag over the smoke detector, so someone had obviously been smoking in there.

Check in was 3pm and it was not ready till 4:50 . Room was not clean as well as it should. Hand prints on mirrors over jacuzzi, jacuzzi had soap scum . Under night stand as bed were not clean as garbage was still there . Drug addicts hang around and rent rooms . Police officers were there investigating an incident when we arrived and someone was knocking and calling our room several times at 0:530 in the morning . This was not a good stay . Have been there before and had a far better experience

The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean.

The hotel is full of smokers and it reeks of cigarette and marijuana smoke, even in my room. There were cigarette burns on the furniture. I asked for a quiet room and was put next to a door to outside- people banged in and out every few minutes all night. The floor was dirty. The hallways weren't clean. I don't know if there was any breakfast. It wasn't offered when I checked out.

Our room was beside someone the staff knew was an issue.. he was disruptive, loud and annoying throughout the night with no consideration for the conjoined room we un-luckily had to share with him. As soon as we called the front desk to complain they instantly knew who we were referring too before we even got to finish saying our complaint. As soon as we hung up the phone rang in the other room and the person got aggressive but took his partner or friend and left.
