Positives: The hotel has a great location and friendly staff. The room was bright and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. It feels like home. I'll introduce friends to stay here. I am grateful that the hotel did not make me pay for the cleaning of the bathroom door which I stained because of my hair dye.

Positives: Maggie and Rafeal were very accommodating. Maggie supplied us with extra items to help with our mobility issues. The room is spacious and clean. Air conditioner worked perfectly which was important to us. Good place to stay and very reasonable rates. I will stay here again when I come back to Dawson Creek.

Positives: The staff are extremely friendly. Facilities are exceptional. Large rooms, full apartment size fridge as opposed to a tiny bar fridge that doesn't hold enough. Raphael (sp) was calling to ask how our room was, even as we were unloading. Was very receptive to all questions. The restaurant, Sam's, is amazing! True and authentic Filipino cuisine. We arrived under an hour before closing, weary from the road, and we were greeted with the most friendly and attentive staff and service.
Negatives: The tub has a very slow drain, could use a good snake scrub.
