The breakfasts where fine and the staff were good.
Beds were good and towels were clean.
Negatives:
The room was tired and had some things lacking. The safety latch on the door was falling off, when closing the door we had to give it and extra push of the lock itself didn't lock and beeped continuously.
While it had a small kitchenette there were no tea towels etc. and when we arrived only decaf coffee was in the room.
The bathroom had no bath gel in the container.

Location is good. Lots of restaurants, pubs and shopping nearby.
Negatives:
Room had broken hairdryer, and things in disrepair.
Credit card reader wouldn't work properly for DD so had to take $200 per room from our debit card. Common problem according to front desk staff.
Very small bathroom and cramped main area. Hard to move around. Parking is tight. Not very clean

I was very pleased with our stay! Room was clean and comfortable, staff was super nice and accommodating. Located in same area as most hotels in Kamloops. Great value for money. No issues with noise. Would definitely stay again!
Negatives:
Pool was a bit murky, but I'm sure it would have been fine if we'd had time to utilize it. Other than that no negatives! The place was great.

The location was great and the property has been tastefully renovated.

We had a small pet fee and the charge at this hotel was $30 per night which is way too much. Because of that if we have our dog with us we probably won’t stay there.
