Between Friday, Nov 8th, 2024 at midnight and Thursday, Nov 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, Nov 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 28, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 20 day/s prior to arrival will incur the first 1 night/s charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Hotel policy).

Negatives: We weren't able to get a table in the restaurant for dinner as they were very busy and as we weren't sure of our arrival time, we didn't pre book. This wasn't an issue for us, as we were able to get pizza delivered to the hotel using Uber app, which the reception staff were fine with. They did offer restaurant recommendations in local area, but we were feeling tired after our drive.

Positives: The staff were fantastic. Unable to find our reservation on arrival, but were very helpful in honouring our booking details to the best of their ability, and for advising us on local things to see and places to eat.

Negatives: The restaurant was closed, and therefore our breakfast inclusive rate was not able to be accommodated, resulting in extra expense.
