Very little insulation between floor above, making the room very noisy. Some updates had been done to the room, but other parts were very old and in need of repair. Breakfast was really below average - the waffle machine wasn’t even turned on and we were there to eat at 8 AM.

It was in good location free parking was good too. Breakfast was ok didn’t expect boiled eggs and hot waffles it was good.

The hotel was dirty, and the room had only 2 out of 6 power outlets working. There was hair in the towels, and visible dirty handprints above the toilet. I would rate the breakfast experience, but i wasnt able to because staff didnt show up in the morning. The experience was so horrific that we asked for a refund, which they said they would give, but they didn't actually give it.

Positives:
Easy access as I am handicapped and can’t do stairs. The ground level was perfect and I was able to park in front of the door to the unit. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
I didn’t know that you needed the room key to access the breakfast room and I packed up and left the key in the room before going to breakfast. This meant I had to do extra painful walking to the front desk and then back to the breakfast room.

And after midnight I'd like to turn on theheater but it doesn't work. I couldn't sleep well because little cold...
