Positives: The front desk attendant Ken ( I believe or Kent) was exceptional, he deservers 10 stars

Negatives: The shower was like lava, could not figure out how to turn the temperature down, and we could hear a distant thumping like music all night, not sure what that was but did keep my husband up most of the night, which he felt he needed to wake me to hear it as well.

Positives: Very polite staff, they welcomed me and my 2 goldendoodles. The room itself was very large and clean. The bed was very, vey comfortable (I like soft beds) and the pillows very big and supportive.

Negatives: $25 per night per dog is about $10 too much per dog..... especially for dogs that don't shed.
