Negatives:
I was charged for ANOTHER guests room for noise complaint I wasnt aware of until check out. I did not sign any agreement. I have taken steps and sent an email to sandman to voice my concern. Also, I think this location breeched privacy policy based on the fact that they disclosed the guests name on my receipt, Im sure that guest would not be pleased with that.

Charging a high price on incidentals when the bathroom was not up to par. Room 333 picture in bathroom had water stains on it. Bathroom tile was cracked. Tiles in the bathroom were repaired or stated a repair. I expected a top room for the room rate
