Nothing.I had a very horrible experience.I complained about my experience in the morning to the front desk staff.They said that their manager would reach out,he never did. I complained again later in the evening that I had not heard back from the manager.

I stayed in room 407,in between the employee entrance and a room undergoing renovation.At 2am I heard loud talking which continued until 3am,at 3am a TV went on from one of the rooms and the volume level was too loud,4am loud music went on.I didn't sleep!

The staff are friendly and helpfull,and the rate is the best I can get.It's a little out of the way, being a few miles East of Langley Centre,itself,but I was already in Langley on the weekend visiting relatives,anyways

This was more of a Spring oditty.(A minor inconvenience,really.)On Saturday night though,I noticed that ants were coming out of a crack in the floor in front of the fridge and there was a good clump of them there,which turned into a small army by morning.

On shift change the new desk person was rude. He charged me $45 per night for my dog. Website says $20 per night. He then didn't give me a receipt. I was running late to extend my stay and he harassed me. Very rude. All the other staff was nice except thi

What I didn't like is they say that the Hotel is Pet friendly but when I came to check in they say its only for Dogs and no cats allowed that's really upset me.
