Friendly staff. breakfast was good with lots of options.
Negatives:
Room was mostly clean, but some can tell theres soem age. Finish in bathroom above shower peeling and hanging off the ceiling. potentially a dried piss drop on the toilet, but that could just be a stain. overall, pretty okay.
Biggest thing was how loud the fan was for the heat/AC. woke me up in middle of the night, and room was mad cold when i got in there so it needed to be on. I don't mind a cold room, but damn be needing extra blankets if you're keeping the room cold hahah. Overall, good stay, mostly cause' my work was paying for it, not me.

The breakfast was good, unfortunaly a group of people that seemed like living in the place took a lot of space and were quite loud the second morning, lowering the score

the place had a few issues from the get go, than more...
To start, no key was available caused by the keys hardware or something of the kind forcing us to god to the desk everytime we came back to our room (the issue was resolved the next day). The staff lef the pool, hot tub and sauna open late for the delay caused with our key, and issue #2 occured. The hot tub ph level wasn't right causing a quite thick foam layer at the surface that gave both my lady and me a skin rash. We got out and it ended but again a not impressive outcome...
Issue #3 happened when we came back to our room the next day. The service cleaned our rood in our absence, great... until we started putting supplies, or tryed to do so but suddenly the fridge door couldn't close properly... As I look for cardboard to fix the problem, my Queen started loading the refrigerator anyway and she noticed a poop smell so I took a snif and goodness it stank, and it got stronger! So we packed our stuff and went to the fron desk to see what the would do so a staff member came to have a look, and a snif and agreed something was wrong and they gave us another room...
Issue #4 occured when the internet didn't work for quite a while and that was really unfortunate since we planned a movie night that took a while to make in happen.
We got a discount for the short commings but let's be honnest it was a lot... nothing like this ever happended to us in many, many hotel stays and the likelyhood of us recommending this hotel is very slim
