Positives:
We liked the breakfast and massive secured parking for our 26 U-Haul truck and car hauler.
Negatives:
Rooms plumbing issues. The water down both sink and bathtub didn't drain and accumulated while using them. When asked to change rooms due to the issue, they send someone to spray the pipes which stank up the room! After them proceeding to spray the issue away after 10 minutes, we demanded another room. Our eyes and nose were burning from that smell. The front desk were reluctant to switched us rooms and weren't happy to do the switch. We definitely wouldn't recommend the facility since when switching rooms the same problem arise but we were too tired to do anything about it. Guest should feel they are getting comfort and a nice place to rest without any needed hassles since they pay and aren't staying there for free!

This is the second time we have stayed here. Before it had a pub attached which was great. This time we had to drive to get anywhere. Breakfast was good.

The room was large and the bathroom was clean and bright. We were staying here to attend our daughter's wedding and we needed a handbag fixed and the maintenance person came out with the right tools and fixed it. The staff in the breakfast room were very helpful and friendly. As my husband is Celiac he was able to get GF bread and cereal. The breakfast was very nice - a pancake machine, eggs, sausages, hashbrowns, various baked goods and hot/cold drinks. All staff we met were very friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
All the smokers at the entrance of the hotel. As we need to use a handicapped parking spot, two spots are not enough!

I wasn’t impressed that the room smelled of stale smoke. Nauseating
Beyond the hotel’s control, but the ball team from Salmon Arm that was also staying there was annoying. They were dangerous in the pool to the others as well as messy and loud during breakfasts, were unsupervised during these times.
