Through my booked had some maintenance issues and so we were given two rooms instead of one. It was above and beyond any of my expectations and worked out wonderfully for my family. So please.

Location for what I was doing was convenient, and across the street from Tims. It was priced at half the normal hotel rate for that area....and for me on this trip , that was the major factor....BUT!

shoestring budget operation....sheets hadn't been changed from previous guest...but bed was made purposely that way.....One towel.....breakfast was not breakfast ....paper thin walls....etc

Took us half an hour to check in at 9 pm. Waiting for room to be cleaned. Then told we could get into our room. No toilet paper in the bathroom. No towels either. Pretty sure carpet hadnt been vacuumed.

We arrived at 9:30pm, had to wait a while just for someone to come to the desk after calling for them, only to tell us our room wasnt ready and to come back in fifteen minutes, so we did, then they were gone from the desk again, waited another twenty minutes or so. They came back and acted like they had no idea who we were and said can I help you? Ugh yeah you told us to come back in fifteen minutes?? Oh okay whats your name again? Took about an hour to get into our room only for it to not even be finished, no toiletries except for toilet paper, there was no soap, no towels, except for the small used towel and half a travel sized shampoo left behind. We were so tired and it took so long to get in the room that I was not risking complaining because I didnt think it would do anything and we would just be waiting another hour or more.

The location was great for were I had to go.

The room smelt like pot. The towel were dirty and smelly beside one. There was hair in the bathtub and room was not clean very well. They shouldnt post breakfast because I dont think just serving toast and old cereal would be breakfast.

It was a safe place to land for the night. It was comfortable and warm.

There was a blood stain on our pillowcase, the drain in the tub didn't stay open so if you took a shower, the tub would fill with water, and the lamp on the desk would flicker like crazy if you even looked at it.

Location was convenient. Pub behind the hotel with decent food. Gas station right next door and the coffee there wasnt bad! After driving for 2 days it as nice to have everything right there in walking distance.

The front desk gentleman ignored everything we were telling him, bad day or didnt understand English well? Charged my card when we had said we were using another. No paperwork was signed.Ive never stayed at a hotel where I didnt need to sign something which I found as very odd. He didnt look at our Id either.
The room.wasnt the worst Ive seen but definitely was dirty. There was poo on the wall under the toilet paper holder. The air conditioner has filters that needs to be cleaned often. This one hasnt been cleaned in monthsor more. They are supposed to be white. As the pics show they are black/grey and nasty.
Aside from that..the bed was clean. Dont use the AC or check the filters first
